The Hall Group saved a quarter-million dollars in moving cost, donated to a greater cause, and received over $100,000 in corporate tax breaks. The Restore loaded 43 semi-trucks full of office furniture, TVs, building supplies and more to sell in the Dallas ReStores. Unable to cope with the expenditure, they reached out to Habitat ReStores who worked with the Hall Group to coordinate a colossal move over several months. On top of the hefty removal fee, they found that all of their unwanted office furniture would end up in a landfill once it was removed from the office. ![]() As their team began planning the move, they found that removing all of their furniture from the building was going to cost over $250,000. ![]() The Hall Group, a large real estate developer in Dallas, was moving headquarters. If you’re not too sure whether they can use your donation, please give them a call beforehand to find out. Most of these locations will accept common household items such as toys, shoes, clothing, ornaments, appliances, and more.
